You Color My World

Hello, Happy December! It's Stacy from Craftaholicmomma up on the Scrapping for Less blog today. The theme for this month is Hodgepodge Potpourri. Which means we will be showcasing all kinds of different products and companies this month.

Today I am using the "You Color My World" stamp set by My Favorite Things. I thought the bright fun colors of the Sea Buddies 6x6 paper collection by Scrapping for Less would go perfectly with the stamp.

I colored the image with alcohol markers and fussy cut her out. I took a piece of the paper that had a bunch of flowers on it and cut out all the flowers on my Brother Scan n Cut to use as embellishments. A scrap piece of Doodlebug Designs Sprinkles Vellum added just the right touch. I just love that vellum! I hoard it because they don't make it anymore so I only use it on just the right project.

I hope you'll love all the projects and goodies the design team will be showcasing this month. Thanks for visiting,

Reveal of the October Flavor of the Month Card Kit by Scrapping for Less

Christmas Around the World

I was an elementary school teacher for many years. During Christmas time for Social Studies we studied Christmas traditions around the world. This was my absolute favorite time of the year with my students. So, for our Christmas Around the World card kit I have chosen my most favorite countries we studied to feature.

Mexico: Great food and wonderful traditions centered around Papa Noel.
Sweden: St. Lucia was my favorite tradition in Sweden we studied.
Australia: My students got the biggest kick out of the fact that it was hot and summer there during Christmas.
Germany: Of course what would a study be without studying the origin of the Christmas tree.

Please sit back and enjoy the elements we put together for our Christmas Around the World Flavor of the Month Card Kit. Make sure you leave our designers some love on their blog and hop back to the SFL blog to enter the Rafflecopter. You can purchase the kit on Scrapping for Less on the Subscription page.

Christmas Cookies Cards by Paper House

Hello Crafty Friends, it's Stacy from CraftaholicMomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with a couple of sweet holiday cards for you.

once again used papers from the PhotoPlay Christmas Memories 6x6 paper pad. I just love the rich jewel tones in this collection. I thought they paired up perfectly with the Paper House 3D Christmas Cookies Stickers

Even though they are very simple cards using stickers I think they came out very nice.

For a bonus project I wanted to make a couple of gift card holders using up some of the paper scraps. I recently watched Angie Juda's YouTube tutorial showing this idea. Click on the link to her information HERE

Tell me in the comments below what is your favorite kind of Christmas sweet?
