The Stamps of Life March 2015 Card Kit

Here are some cards I made with this month's card kit. 12 cards in all. I only used half the paper pad with lots of good sized pieces of scraps left over. Also only used half of the solid cardstock. I used a very simple layout so that I could mass produce these cards. The green seam binding and teal grosgrain ribbon were from TSOL kits (current & past). The orange and green striped ribbon were from Hobby Lobby. The enamel dots from Doodlebug.

Instead of uploading 12 pictures, I made a slideshow video instead.

Card using iCraft Deco Foil

Recently Jennifer McGuire showed us how to use Deco Foil and a laminator to make some awesome cards.   Here is the link to her video:
http://youtu.be/mP-aBqtRgmg

So I went to amazon and purchased an inexpensive black Canon laser printer. I then purchased foil from Simon Says Stamp and Thermo Web. I should have started with Thermo Web as they were $1-2 cheaper on their foil. Oh well, but they didn't have all of the colors in stock. And I had have all of the colors!  Lol

It's been fun playing with it. This card was for a swap group of mine on Facebook.  The sentiment that I foiled is a free digital download from Studio Calico. The link to the image is:
