Paper Smooches Veggie Card

Hello Everyone.  I always smile when I pull out my Paper Smooches stamps.  They are my favorite.  Today I have a card from their Vegtastic stamp set.  I originally had stamped up and colored several of these little veggies with plans to make a cute little wreath out of them.  I will post a picture of the wreath soon.  So, I wanted to use up some of the "leftovers".

The veggies are colored with copics and popped up on adhesive foam squares.  The white panel is embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder by Cuttlebug.  I used my Signo Broad white gel pen to do a few white doodle dots.

Fluffles Cards

Good Morning!  I apologize for not posting anything in the last week.  It has been a tad bit hectic around here.  My husband just had surgery this last Tuesday and I am getting ready to do a Home-based Business Women's Expo.  I plan to sell my cards, my glass tile pendants, alcohol ink tile coasters, and my coaster/binder clip postie note clipboards.

But, for now here are a couple of cards I made using the Stampendous Fluffles line of rubber stamps and the Michaels Recollections Printed Cardstock in Rainbow and Chevrons.  I could not find this paper on the Michaels website, so I had to scan my actual pack and upload the picture.  I just purchased my packs in store a few weeks ago.

The buttons are from the Sweet Stamp Shop, click here.  I used my copic markers to color in the image and the white ribbon is from The Dollar Tree dollar store.  The solid cardstock is from Cooredinations.

Two Souls.......(love card)

This was a very quick card that I threw together.  I had made up several card bases and taken patterned paper trimmed to 4x4 and had a whole stack ready to go, just add embellishments and image or sentiment.  It is a very basic layout, and if you think about it, you'll probably say to yourself, "I HAVE seen her use that same layout in other posts."  It is a quick and cute card layout.

Cardstock:  Coredinations-Candy Shop purchased at Joanns
Patterned Paper: The Paper Studio open stock from Hobby Lobby
White Ribbon:  The Dollar Tree
Sentiment: Fiskars-Just Married Quotes

My Washi Tape Colelction

Just a quick post.

Who doesn't love washi tape?  My collection isn't very big......YET!

I recently found the yellow tape combo that Target is carrying.  Now I have all 4 sets, and I love them.  They are also carrying a paper tape in the kids craft section (2nd pic).  The other rolls shown are from LoveMyTapes.com and one black polka dot roll is from the Smashbook Collection I bought at Michaels.

Gift from Schell

I recently started communicating with a wonderful lady in Colorado.  Now I have two friends in Colorado.  Kelly who you have seen me write about before and now Schell my fellow cardmaking friend.

Schell recently sent me this card and little gift from a stamp company that I believe her son, Caleb, was a guest designer on.  I sent her a box full of stickles and liquid pearls and she was kind enough to send me these Princess Stamps from the Scrapbooking Queen.

Schell's youtube channel is babytweetums, make sure to go check out her and Caleb's videos.  You can also visit her blog by clicking on the Tinkerbell blinkie on the right hand side of my blog.

Thanks Schell, for the great gift!

Inspired by Pinterest

I completely fell in love with this card.  I love the layout, especially, but I also adore the color combo with the little daisies.  There are a few differences in my card, but still I followed the layout pretty closely.
                                                               First the Pinterest card:
Now, my card:

Cardstock base:  Papertrey Ink-Dark Chocolate
Green & Yellow patterened paper: Recollections-Bold Basics Pad
Daisies: K& Company

Hexagons!

Good Morning!  I hope these cards will start your day off cheerful.  Hexagons.  They are the craze right now.  It took me awhile to jump on the band wagon, but now I am glad I did.  They are sooo cute! (And sooo easy too!).  I purchased the hexagon dienamics die from MFT.  Love It!

The sentiments are from Joys Life-Everyday Occasions stamp set.  Which I must say is fast becoming one of my top 10 favorite sentiment stamp sets.  It is so versatile.
All of the papers are from my scraps box.

Sorry the pics are so dark, I am still learning on how to take the right photos.
