Fundraiser for Epilepsy Stroll

My daughter, Emily was diagnosed with Infantile Spasms when she was 5 months old. She is now 2 1/2 years old and still has seizures every single day of her life. We have tried 11 medications and none have been able to control her seizures.

On August 12th Emily's family and friends are going to join in and walk for the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. Please check out her fundraising page for more information or to donate to this wonderful cause. Thanks.

Fab Zebra Card

This card I made for a friend at work. It is from the Create-A-Critter cartrdige. The card is an A2 size on Recollections cardstock (from Michael's). The zebra is cut at 3" and I think the "FAB" was cut at about 2". The pink zebra striped border is from The Paper Studio Safari Untamed border strip pack and is punched with my Stampin' Up scallop border punch. The eyelash yarn is Bernat Boa yarn in Raven.

Card and magnet I made today for my brother, Nick's Birthday

This card was made using the new Cricut Lite Handy Man Cartridge. It is a half-fold size card, 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches. The toolbox was cut at 5" and all of the tools at 2 1/2". Hope you like it.
Cardstock used: Base card by Recollections (from Michael's) and the toolbox was cut from The Paper Studio Pearlized Cardstock (from Hobby Lobby) and all of the tools were also cut from a combination of both cardstocks.
I had a left over power drill, so I decided to layer it up several times to make it stiff and put a magnet on the back. My brother is a mechanic and lives out of his toolbox, so I thought this card was perfect for him.

When I cut out images, I always make at least 2 or 3 of everything, that way I always have extras when I want to quick throw a card together.
